This product is used, with some normal little invisible scratches in screen (screen protector can hide them all), and a three little scratches on the left top corner(but display is clear). I have bought the convenient USB 2.0 cable specially for it. All software you can find in manufacturer site, but I really not needed of them because the player is very easy for using.
