Shipping insurance is required. We DO NOT SHIP To Guam or the Virgin Islands. Domestic shipping to USA lower 48 only, Hawaii and Alaska will be at a higher rate. Roomba/Scooba vacuum models cannot be combined with other item(s) and must ship separately (due to shipping insurance reasons).Freight Forwarding is not permitted. We do not mark customs forms as gifts to circumvent fees. Custom fees, duty fees or VAT are the responsibility of the customer. Stated USPS International shipping time frames do not include any customs delays which can take up to 4-6 weeks.

We go to great lengths to deliver a quality product to our customers so if after completing a purchase you are not satisfied you may contact us by email to request an RMA number. Items received without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. Shipping & handling is non-refundable and up to a 20% restock charge may be applied. This guarantee is enforceable only on NEW, retail packaged products that are returned to us within 14 days of receipt in their unused original condition and packaging. Electronic parts, batteries, repair services, used or reconditioned parts are not covered by this guarantee.
Item(s) being returned for an exchange MUST be returned within 14 days from date of receipt at buyers expense and must include original item(s) purchased in original condition and packaging. An email to us at cs@protechrobotics.com must be received prior to sending an item back in order to get a return RMA number. Shipping charges on the exchanged item is at the buyers expense. Not responsible for items damaged during shipping, please notify us/carrier within 48 hours to file a damage claim. Buyer will be required to supply ALL needed materials for claim processing in a timely manner. i.e. photos, statement of damage and appraisal. Items that are returned outside our stated return policies may be refused or rejected at our sole discretion, in the event that a return is accepted any refund will be less shipping and subject to a 20% or higher restock charge and/or converted to a store credit at our sole discretion.
