Awesome iriver 20GB H10 mp3 player in very excellent cosmetic and functional condition! No scratches on the screen or body. Very slight (if any) use wear on the unit as a whole. This unit is in truly wonderful cosmetic condition!

Guaranteed in perfect working condition! Cosmetically in excellent condition! On the belt clip there is a slight rip in the plastic but it still does a fine job of protecting the unit from scratches.

Battery fully charges and  does not diminish after a couple of hours of play.

Our family has three irivers in use. Our preference for software is the MusicMatch Jukebox. It has since changed to Yahoo Music Jukebox.  It seems to work more seamlessly than WMP. WMP converts the file to wma. I like the fact that Music Match Juke Box leaves the file as an mp3 file. Both work fine. It's mainly a matter of preference.

Although iriver has said the H10 can work with operating systems below XP, we have found XP or above works the best. I would not advise using this with operating systems below XP. Iriver  suggests the Iriver Music Manager as the software that will work with operating systems below XP. Macintosh software is also on the Installation CD but I have not used the unit with a Mac.
