7 days after the buyer receives it | The buyer has 7 days to return an item that was purchased in error or does not fit your application (the buyer pays shipping fees). The item will be refunded less a 15 percent restocking fee.
Items received that are defective, other than any defects as stated in the listing description will be refunded. (Both price and shipping will be credited back to your Pay Pal account up to the paid amount.) Any additional shipping incurred will be credit or refund as mutually agreed.
New electric parts must be in new condition for return. No scratches on the terminals.
Our items are marked for identity, returns of items without our security mark are not refundable.
International customers expect longer shipping times for customs. Customs duty and national taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
