A great looking group of antique Turkoman culture, or central Asian silver beads of large proportions, dating from the late 1800's to the mid 1900's more or less. The silver content is probably the same as sterling (.925), but no less than coin silver. The condition is mostly good showing some age and wear overall, about 28 to 33 mm (over one inch), in diameter and 57 mm or over 2 inches in length for the largest beads.
Please note that most of the photographs have been enlarged, and may look larger than the size of the actual items (although the reverse may be true in this case as these are very large beads). Also, colors may appear somewhat different in the viewers computer than the item is in person. |
