1 box with top and bottom latches from 10 Von Duprin surface vertical rod panic devices.  95% are in great shape, I think only one of them was bad.

So, again, you're getting 20 latches, (10 bottoms, 10 tops) might be missing a cover or two.  Lots of good $$$$ in here.
