CCTS If you have that old car that your thinking of restoring but the title has been lost, you opened up the right auction. We can only do 1974 and earlier. There are a few easy steps to getting your title. 1. We will send you a affidavit priority mail or express mail that you will need to fill out and have notarized and send back, see pics for form.(any bank or ups store can notarize) (this is only for my records in case car is stolen or has liens thats why it has to be notarized) 2. We will send a bill of sale along with the affidavit that you will need to fill out ,does NOT have to be notarized. That is the only steps you will be responsible for. OUR RESPONSIBILITES ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1. We will send you a state of Alabama registration NOT A TITLE in our name. 2. A notarized bill of sale from us to you. 3. A notarized letter from the Alabama Deparment of Motor Vehicles stating that Alabama did not become a titled state untill 1974.
