Skorts are Personal Identity brand, looks like a skirt but has a pair of built-in shorts underneath for maximum coverage.  Retails for $26.00.  60% ramie, 21% cotton, 18% polyester, 1% spandex.  Approxmiate measurements:  14 1/2" across the waist (measured right below the belt loops).  Length 12".
