Each unit is individually packaged for resale. 4 LED's per pacifier, multiple colors for a really bright flashing strobe effect - in assorted colors. Each one includes a 22" inch Multi Colored neck string. Outer packaging and colors may vary slightly different from picture as we import direcet and outer packing differs many times. We have sold over 400,000 of these this year alone and we have yet to have a customer not love them!
