There is a name/address sticker on the front cover, which in the photo has pieces of paper over it to protect person's name/address for listing privacy. 
 
Preferred payment method is Paypal.  Will send item(s) within 3-5 days confirmation payment in hand.  Will send priority mail.
I ship within the United States only.
