maxSHRED Paper Shredder

Description:  This auction is for a small home size paper shredder.  It can shred up to 5 sheets at a time.  It is used but in good working condition.

By bidding on this auction, you agree that you have read and will abide by all terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

Payment and Bidding - I will accept bids/purchases only from U.S.A. users, and  I only ship to the U.S.A. (50 states).  NO EXCEPTIONS!  I accept PayPal only.  (No wire transfers, checks, etc.)  All items sold as-is.  Payment must be received within 7 days or item will be re-listed.  Bidders with less than 98% positive feedback must contact me before bidding or your bid may be canceled.

Shipping - I have no intention of getting rich from shipping prices.  I attempt to calculate a fair shipping price for each item based on postage costs, packaging supplies, and handling.   Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii may cost extra.  In most cases, I will be happy to offer a reduced/combined shipping price when you win multiple items within 5 days of each other, but let me know at the time you win the first item, or it may already be shipped before you win the next item.  I attempt to ship all items within 3 to 5 days of when payment is received.

Returns - Item is sold as-is with no guarantees, but I do offer a 3 day inspection time for this item.  If you are unhappy with the item for any reason, you may return it within 3 days of the time you receive it, but it must be in the same condition as when I sent it.  When I receive the item back, I will refund the winning bid amount.  I do NOT refund shipping/handling costs in either direction, only the winning bid amount.
