I have a vintage maytag model 72 twin cylinder hit and miss engine for sale. Some people say it is a hit and miss some people say it isnt. I am not into these engines so I am not sure. I am selling this for a friend.there seems to be just a little bit of pitting on the flywheel. This engine will need to be cleaned up as anybody that restores these knows. The serial number is 161495x. It seems to have compression and it rolls over fine. This is a heavy item so shipping will be high. I have another friend that has a maytag racer for sale if anybody is interested. I guess these maytag racers are pretty rare!!!
