This vintage wall art portraits a Secene from the Castle Park of Sanssouci about 1750-1760. The pastoral plays, perormed in the castle parks of the Rococo, were a favourite amousement for grandes Dames and Cavaliers. They were cultivated with spirit and charm and were part of the abundance of the Rococo and of the Happy Century. It measures 11 x 13 inches..made in Sandizell, Germany..it is from the 60's era..made of porcelain..man and woman each have a finger broke off..mans flute is missing too , top of guitar.slight fram damage
