Most items ship within two business days after cleared payment is received. Free or discounted shipping is provided for most items to customers in the United States only. The shipping cost is displayed in the listing. Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska do not qualify for free or discounted shipping.
Shipping is via the United States Postal Service using priority mail or parcel post or first class mail and includes shipping insurance if the item costs $40.00 or more. Buyer paid optional shipping insurance is offered for items costing less then $40.00. I am not responsible for lost or damage items on uninsured packages.
I am responsible for shipping items in a timely manner. However, I do not have control over delivery times. The weather, holidays and other events all affect delivery times. An email notification is sent when a shipping label is printed. In most cases the item will ship the next business day after receiving the email notification.
Shipping for items outside of the United States will be via International Priority Mail and paid for by the buyer. Buyer paid shipping insurance is required on all international shipping.

Returned items must include all boxes and packaging material that was sent with the item. For example most Coach items include a Coach box. That box must be returned with the item. Failure to do so may result in a partial or no refund. Please email if there are questions regarding what must be included with the item when returning. In most cases the buyer is responsible for the returned shipping costs. Returned items costing more than $40.00 must include shipping insurance. Shipping insurance for items costing less than $40.00 is at the buyers discretion. I am not responsible for damaged or lost items on unisured packages.
Refunds will be issued within 2 days after I receive the returned item.
