This phone is SOFTWARE unlocked to be used on any GSM network! I have checked the unlock by inserting both an ATT and a T-Mobile sim card. It works great! THIS PHONE IS GENUINE! I checked it by hooking it up to iTunes. The firmware is 3.1.

This auction will include the phone, book, replacement sim card key, earphones, US ac adapter, data cable and a BOX FROM ANOTHER PHONE! I will also include three screen protectors and a plastic case.
