All items are clean and ready to wear with no known flaws. Known flaws are minor and will be stated up front. I sell only garments that I would want myself. I focus on soft, low maintenance clothing though some items do require dry cleaning. While a few items are NEW with tags most are preowned and very gently used. Please select carefully using description measurements. NO RETURNS or NO REFUNDS with the exception of the problem being a mistake I made. My profit margin is low so you get the best price on high quality garments! I'm no expert on Namebrands and can't verify authenticy anymore than you can. I can only state what is on the tag. I will follow industry standard in resolving any issues that arise. I can separate outfit so email me for cost if you want only one piece of an outfit. MEASUREMENTS: are given for EACH item sold and are with garment LYING FLAT on the floor with NO STRETCHING. The picture is of the exact garment you purchase. Bust is armpit to armpit seam. top length is top of shoulder to hem. Rise is top of waistband to crouch seam. Please use measurements as sizes vary. SHIPPING: IS NON-NEGOTIABLE & is for the Continental U.S. only! Alaska & Hawaii MAY require slightly higher shipping charges! (if possible I will send to Alaska or Hawaii at the same cost but any extra cost I have I will have to pass on) ALL SHIPPING WILL COMMENCE UPON RECEIPT OF CLEARED PAYMENT NO EXCEPTIONS! I do offer combined shipping discounts on the same invoice. (I also like to surprise my customers with bonuses for multiple purchases) I only pay for tracking upon request OFFERS: Do not offer to forego shipping. I am a business not a charity. If I have to pay shipping, so do you! I have initial cost and listing fees which must be covered. Offering half or less will most likely be countered or rejected. NOTICE: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING and MILITARY SHIPPING- Online postal estimates are inaccurate and often overpriced. I always package and send at the lowest possible cost unless there is a special request. I will send actual international shipping cost from USPS on the invoice so it can be in your best interest to wait for the invoice. If you pay computer generated shipping cost that is fine but no excess shipping paid will be refunded. Priority will have NO HANDlING FEE. If the item qualifies for 1st Class international I will try to ship at lower cost but a $2 handling fee will be added as I have to drive to the next town to the post office and with gas prices I must cover that expense. Also 1st Class international allows NO tracking so I have no way of knowing when your package will arrive. I have excellant experience with this so far. Military packages I sadly have to include the $2 for the same reason I have to drive to the P.O. to mail. I love to support the military as they are protecting us! PLEASE LEAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK.
