mug white with blue trim fisherman by a river japan

Up for auction is this really pretty and large handpainted mug.  It has a blue stripe on the insideand a river scene with a fisherman on the front.  On the back is a picture of more river but smaller.  On the bottom is the original silver label with pink lettering.
