this is an old muti purpose tool...it has the markings....vulcan auto tool on one side and ...j.h.williams and co ...brooklin ny usa ...on the other side ...it is 8  inch's long....this tool is in great shape... even the teeth in the middle have little wear on them ....the point on the pick is still sharp ....and has very little surface rust on it ...it is pretty much smoothe on all sides... .i accept paypal....money orders...and certified checks....i ship U.S. for listed shipping fee anywhere else will have to pay any upcharges...feel free to ask questions .....thanks for looking......
