Condition:  As shown in picture.  Pattern is UNCUT and FACTORY FOLDED.  Envelope has edge wear and tears on both sides half way up from  being stores and sticker residue on front where previous sticker was.  SCAN IS OF ACTUAL PATTERN YOU WILL RECEIVE
