Shipping information
We run a store as well as sell on ebay and craigslist so please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping small items and 4-8 weeks for shipping larger items and furniture items. shipping times in the summer time may be longer as we are usually short staffed and have to work around the weather because we have to wrap large items outdoors. Please be patient with us when you order a furniture piece...it takes a lot of time and work to wrap a piece like a dresser...sometimes it can take 2 people up to 3 hours to wrap a dresser properly..please keep that in mind. The wrapping and shipping process does not start until we recieve payment. Our shipping companies will not deliver to PO Boxes. Our shipping companies also require a phone number or they will not take the package. buyers are responsible for all damage claims and lost claims...reporting an item damaged to us whether you plan to file a claim or not must immediately be followed by pictures of the damage as well the wrappings and box
Return policy
you may return your item if not satisfied for a full refund of the purchase price (that does not include shipping and handling)..we will not refund any money until we have recieved the item back...you must send the item back within 30 days of receiving it..but you must inform us of your decision to return the item within 4 days of receiving the item
