All dies are cnc machined heat treated to 54-57 rc then polished you can even go over welds with them they will last a lifetime.

Our bottom die post is precision turned, to slip fit in its reciever, our inner & outer die posts are made of 1/4 wall seamless DOM tubing, along with its precision fit, there is a clamping unit that closes on 90% of the inner tube, wich makes it rock solid, this is a feature that should not be overlooked!!!!!

Some others use set screws to jam the post in place, and it gouges up the tube, others use a strap, our clamping system is the best on the market.
