This is an Original 19th century French newspaper, printed the year of Napoleon's defeat at Waterloo: "JOURNAL DU COMMERCE De Politique Et De Litterature", dated "Mardi 29 Aout 1815". Size: approx. 8 3/4" by 13 1/4". 4 pages. Nice Condition. ....This post-Napoleonic newspaper contains primarily political news + dispatches from around Europe. Great MASTHEAD on front page + a Nice Tax/revenue at the top, righthand corner front page. Frameable/Displayable. A REALLY Great French newspaper from the period immediately following Napoleon's reign & downfall! Buyer pays $2.95S&H, extra for Air Mail postage outside the U.S. ***Please see scan. This paper is far too large to fit my scanner, but it is Complete, w/nice wide margins, and Not abbreviated as the picture might otherwise indicate!
