printed rug backing Jonathan Livingston Seagull w/instr

This auction is for a  new rug backing kit printed with a sea shore scene titled Jonathan Livingston Seagull pattern purchased at an estate sale. The package reads: Johathan Livingston Seagull rug pattern series #314 titled The Flock copyright 1973. Made with Jonathan Livingston Seagull Handicraft Yarn & Punch Needle, finished size 24" by 36" and lists the yarn colors and how many you need of each one. There are complete instructions on the back of the picture with hints on how to make it. The package has been opened and re-stapled shut but the rug looks like it was never unfolded and has not been started. There is no needle or yarn with this, just the printed backing and instructions. This will make a great rug for yourself or a great one of a kind gift for someone else.  Mine is a non-smoking home but we do have dogs. Thanks for looking and please check out my other auctions.
