Shipping
Shipping is calculated by eBay for USPS Priority Mail. We try to ship 2 - 3 times a week depending on sales -- Our official policy is shipping is done within 10 days of payment.
ALLOW 14 DAYS FOR SHIPPING - CHECK OUR FEEDBACK, WE USUALLY SHIP EXPEDITIOUSLY
Unless your purchase involves special packaging, we DO NOT mark up shipping! We have no tolerance for those who do and encourage everyone to ask WHY? If you don't feel answer is reasonable - send a report to eBay or make your feedback count!
Measurements, sizing, and returns
All sales are final. All measurements are approximate. In most cases we measure flat - (and double for width). We are not seamstresses or tailors and do our best to measure accurately, but all measurements are approximate and not guaranteed.
Flaws and Returns
Our clothes are not all perfect- we do our best to find the flaws and record them, study the photos carefully. If we miss a flaw we cannot be responsible . The only way we will intentionally sell an item with damage that interferes with use (eg broken zipper or obvious stain) is if we make it clear in the description. We shop the Cape Cod sales, buy samples from designer sales reps, buy in lots from liquidators, catalog returns, and second hands from estate, moving and private sales. Some of our clothes are gently worn - when that is the case we make that clear.
**Colors
Please note that colors display differently on different monitors, and we cannot take returns or exchanges for the wrong color. When possible, we will provide the designer's / manufacturer's name for color. If you have any questions about color please email us.

If you choose FREE SHIPPING or First Class, the mail system longer get the item to you as opposed to Priority Mail.
It is important to note this because since we started offering free shipping our customer ratings for shipping times have gone down. We do not ship every day, our shipping is based on volume and shipping order cues are based on the date the item is paid for. We do our best to get items to you fast, but we have no control over the length of time it takes once it leaves our hands. If you are in a hurry - please read below.
