In the late '20s of the last century, the first "TEDDY BABIES" were born, with their inimitably childlike charm and characteristic, smiling face.

Yet the TEDDY BABY Blue, designed in 1929, was only manufactured to serve as a prototype. In the year 1992, this extraordinary Teddy bear, with his deep, beary voice, served as a model for the first Club Teddy bears by Steiff.

And now, both young and old Teddy bear fans can enjoy the bear with the blue leather riveted collar padding on smooth, soft soles.

TEDDY BABY Blue is the first bear of the new Steiff series called "Little Giants," in which classic Steiff figures such as TEDDY BABY, DOLLY, PETSY, JACKIE and ZOTTY, measuring 50 cm in length, can make their dazzling appearance.
