Bidding on a plate # strip of three of the 18c Surrey 1890s stamp (issued in 1982) as part of the popular Transportation Series the longest running series of stamps issued by the USPS.

Stamp is mint never hinged and is plate # 5 with a guide line as part of the strip. Stamp has dull gum as was normal for these latter coils.
