This listing is for pretty art glass dish, dark blue and green with open areas and pinched edge decor. Not sure of maker but looks to me like Italian art glass. I find a small scratch on the underside and a small rough area on the bottom inside of one of the open areas.  

9" at the longest points and 3" at the highest.
