The site is currently up and running, active, selling, and ready to rock and roll. Take a look around, and even buy a shirt!! I am NOT looking to give this site away. It is making me money and I have no reason to have a fire sale. The shirt inventory alone would cost you more than the starting price. I just basically have too many irons in the fire at this time and have not had the time to properly advertise and promote this great site. If I do not sell it before hand at the asking price, I will start working it hard this summer with a full advertising campaign at which time it will no longer be for sale.

This site has been around for a couple years. Year one (Jan-Dec 2006) the owner made over $10,000 NET profit. We have these sales records available to the buyer complete will full contact information of each sale. Then he got tied up in school and other interests and put the site up for sale. It was sold in February of 2007 to a party who did nothing with it. They pretty much left it idle and the sales slowly dwindled. They then realized the site was not something they were going to operate and turned control back over to the original owner to sell for them. We then bought the site in November of 2007. They sold about 300 shirts in the 9 months they operated it. Since we purchased the site, we have yet to advertise it as explained above, and still sell a few shirts here and there. With that being said, we do not have sales records other than the year 2006. This site needs a buyer who will properly advertise it and basically give it a kick in the rear to get sales jumping again.

Buying this business would include ALL inventory, past customer email and contact lists, all files and ownership of site and shirt designs, product and model photos, the domain name, email addresses, contact info of the shirt wholesalers, printers, and manufacturers we use, and good will. Last, we will offer assistance in the web maintenance and design for a period of time as well free of charge. There is no equipment included, just the contact info of the shirt wholesalers, printers, and manufacturers we use. We will also include the rights to all our retired shirt designs as well as 18 fresh new shirt design ideas. These hot new designs have never been printed or sold by us and are worth $1800 by themselves. We are always on the lookout for new designs and ideas and pay $100 each for the ones we use.

The current inventory is approx. 525 screen printed t-shirts. These are not some cheap iron on garbage. These shirts are in stock and ready to ship to buyers. We sell the shirts for $15 each regular price giving you about $12,000 retail value right off the bat. That is just for the shirts, the repeat customer lists are worth a little, and the domain name of www.GiggleShirt.com is probably worth the most. The shirt quantity may differ +/- 10% to compensate for ongoing sales and restocking.

We pay around $5 each for our screen printed shirts depending on color and quantity. As you can see, the markup is very good. Along with that, with this business there is very little overhead. Web hosting is about it and that is like $4 a month. Credit card service and shopping cart service are free. This site virtually costs you darn near nothing to run.

Half of their business comes from the shirts you see on the site, while the remaining comes from the special orders from fraternities, teams, clubs etc.

The previous owners were by no means a great marketing genius or salesman, but he built this site up just by being creative. If you are in, or have been in marketing or sales, this site could skyrocket for you.

This site can easily be run by one person. When an order comes in, you print the order, pull the shirt, pack and address the package and you are done. It tales less than 5 minutes per order to fill start to finish.

I will sell the domain name and website for $2000 with the following agreement. I would continue to hold the inventory for you and drop ship the orders for you. The sales would go as follows. You would sell a shirt for $15 + $8 shipping = $23. Out of that $23 you send me $5 for the shirt + $5 for shipping and keep the remaining $13 for yourself and I ship the order for you. You would then reserve the right to purchase the remaining stock at anytime you want or need. This could be at a time where you had enough money or at a time you have the sales built up enough that you feel comfortable putting out the money for the inventory.
