it is a off white blouse that pulls over head with 2 buttons at collar in back.it has a high ruffle collar.then down the front it has a fan shape flap that hangs down.has a cute brooch with navy blue background with red roses.the skirt is navy blue and zips up back and it flares down at the bottom.try to get good pictures but the wind is blowing here and the skirt kept moving.blouse will fit up to 36 and waist of skirt is 29 and length is 44.cute.great fpr reenactment.thanks for looking at my item and check out my other auction too.will be listing more so please check back.
