  Vintage 70s navy, dark green & black tartan plaid wool blend cape with a giant rounded collar, gold-tone buttons, and swing shape with arm holes that can be worn open or buttoned closed at the bottom. Unlined. Fits sizes XS to M (fits as shown- cape was not pinned in any photos).
