|:  We do not offer refunds for items that do not fit.  please refer to the measurements in each listing.  please do not rely on the approximate size given, the measurements are the key to a proper fit.  some pieces are clipped to fit the model.  we never pin items to the model.

|:  Accessories shown on model or used in styling are not included in the purchase, unless otherwise stated.  however, we often do sell vintage accessories.

|:  Please note that colors may appear differently depending on your computer monitor.  please take that into consideration and ask all questions prior to bidding. 

|: We respond to emails extremely quickly, even when traveling.  ALL EBAYERS, please make sure and check your email accounts and your ebay message inbox daily when you are bidding on any sellers' auctions.  sellers cannot communicate with you if you have your email account set on high security.  emails will bounce back as spam.

|:  We ship WORLDWIDE.

|:  Shipping is $9.55 within the US.  the cost of shipment includes delivery confirmation.  we ship to confirmed addresses only.  if a US customer has an unconfirmed address, we will require the customer to purchase insurance.

|:  International: most lightweight dresses, blouses, tunics and tops qualify for our SUPER LOW flat rate of $12.00.  {this rate cannot be combined}. other heavier items, such as coats, jackets, sweaters and such will usually cost more.  please email us for a quote.  most additional items are only $5 when combined with other purchases, heavier item is always calculated first.  the $5 combined shipping rate may not cover some heavier items.  insurance is always included for purchases over $50.

|:  Indiecultvintage is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.  insurance is optional, but highly recommended.  any customs fees or duties incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 

|:  Combined shipping is a super saver!  only $2 for each additional lightweight item for US buyers.  the international combined rate is typically $5 for lightweight items, may be more for heavier pieces.  please email us for an exact quote.  we offer an UNLIMITED time frame for international buyers to combine shipping as long as auctions are paid as they are won.

|:  Star Ratings: We ship our items out very quickly, unless we are traveling on shopping trips.  Please do not rate us low on the star ratings due to delays in shipping...just contact us and let us know if you need a rush shipment.  International buyers: We have no control over the shipping time to your local country...the customs offices often delay packages. 

|:  Payment is due within 5 days of auction end.  A non-paying bidder alert will be filed and negative feedback will be left.  Your bid is a contract and is no different from purchasing from any boutique.

|:  Paypal is the preferred method of payment.  Money orders will be considered if the buyer contacts us prior to bidding and mails the money order quickly.  We cannot accept international money orders.  We cannot accept any payments in non-US currency. 

|:  Do not bid on auctions if you do not intend to pay for your purchases!  Ebay sellers do keep a list of non-paying bidders...and sellers share their lists with other sellers.  So, you may be banned from bidding with any seller.
