  Vintage 80s sheer navy mini dress with blouson puff sleeves, 3 buttons at the shoulder, elastic waist, button cuffs, full gathered skirt, wide pleat up the front, and matching tie belt. You will need to wear a slip underneath this one (slip is not included).
