Here is a great old kit. This is AMT kit #T299 MEYER`S MANX DUNE BUGGY, which was issued in 1969. This looks to be complete with the engine halves and the sand tires being glued together. (the sand tires are 2 piece plastic with the Cragar mags in them) The only thing that I see is missing is the cardboard display platform. The box is nice and bright but one of the sides has some blue paint on it. The glass, decals and instuctions are all excellent. Those instructions even show how to build a real MEYER`S MANX DUNEBUGGY out of a regular VW BUG. This would be a fantastic kit for the vw kit collector. Thanks for looking....
