You're bidding on a vintage booklet: The Antlers Hotel in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This small softcover pamphlet, measuring 3.5" by 6.25", has 28 pages, including 19 photos and illustrations. I don't see a copyright date, but believe it's from the early 1900's. Other than a small section that a mouse chewed off (as can be seen below), the pamphlet is in very good condition.

Buyer to pay $5.00 for postage and handling via Priority Mail in the United States.
