if an item is not as described a full refund including shipping plus return shipping will be given. i do not list items "as is" unless i am unable to test or verify working condition. most items will be tested. if an item is not tested it will be stated in the auction description that it is being "sold as is". i try hard to be accurate in my descriptions and very rarely make a mistake. |
