This is a SHEAFFER JR. fountain pen.  I don't know a whole lot about pens so please ask questions....acquired a few in an estate and will be listing them....so check my other auctions.  This one measures 5 1/4 in. long.  Shows some age/use wear - scuff, scratches, some white marks - see pic. but no cracks in plastic...  On side of pen is "W. A. Sheaffer Pen Co. Fort Madison, Iowa, Patented in USA 275.

A: the nib is marked "Pega" 6 "Special"....it unscrews to a pump type of filler
