this is a bandai model #8224 of a german tank Panzerkampfwagen IV Ausf.D, from the pinpoint series. it is still sealed in original cellopane. there are a couple holes in the shrink wrap along the sides and edges, and a little rub damage on edge and one corner of box. there is  a picture on bottom of box of a diorama made with this model.
