Up for auction is a wonderful piece of TV and movie memorabilia, an honest to goodness Dale Evans skirt!  The skirt is in wonderful condition and comes complete with a graphic of Dale on her horse, Buttermilk.  Not only was she the wife of the King of the Cowboys, Roy Rogers, she also wrote the song, "Happy Trails To You."

She and Roy Rogers made many, many films together and also had a very popular Saturday morning TV show in the 1950's.  I don't think there was a kid in America who missed that program! 

The skirt measures 24" around, but is elasticized, and will stretch several more inches.  It is about 20" from the waisband to the bottom of the fringe. The material is a heavy cotton duck, with a faux suede fringe.  It really is in excellent condition!
