This is a very beautiful handmade doll..... It is made by Simpich. On the bottom is printed  ( SIMPICH Character Dolls Original Handmade In Colorado Springs Colorado C 1952 ) Ive been looking on ebay for an exact doll like this to come up, but have not seen one yet, this may be one of the rare ones. It is in overall excellent shape. There are a few marks on him that i have not tried to clean, The Doll is about 8 and a half inches tall with the base, and about 3 and a half inches wide.. Looks like he would be the perfect doll for your collection...Doll is being sold as is, so please ask questions before bidding... Thankyou...Could make that special someone a perfect Christmas Present...

Yes there are some small scratches, or marks where paint has come off.. I have added more pictures, but the marks, or lack of paint, scratches do not show up in the pictures very well
