This pattern is from Vogue 7782 from designer Koko Beall and is brand new with factory folds and complete with pattern pieces and instructions intact . The pattern features ladies top, dress, camisole and pants in sizes 6-8-10 .

For your added convenience, I have also scanned the back of the pattern envelope with the fabric suggestions for you as well. :)
