I am
committed to doing an honest business. For
this reason, you should know that the pictures
you see are of the item you are bidding on: I
do not have stock photographs. I do not post
pictures of items "like" the items up for bid.
All of my items are one of a kind. I may make
sets of like items, but each particular item is
always significantly different from other members of
that set. Even my cast materials are
individually painted by me, by hand. I have
nearly two decades experience designing scenery and
so I know what I'm doing; this is why my work is
featured in hobby stores and why I have supplied
terrain for wargaming tournaments at cons (if you've
been to ICON you may have seen my work there).
I believe my products speak to this experience.
In any case, I do not sell anything that I, myself,
would not be proud to put down on the gaming table
at one of my games.
Lastly, the stuff you
are bidding on is already made.
A lot of scenery
designers out there are auctioning material that
they'll make for you should you pay them. Not
the case here. There's no 3 week wait for this
stuff. it's available now. |

I keep all receipts and
will be happy to scan them in and send them to you via
email. As far as I'm concerned, once I've sent you
the product, if you have problems, they are with USPS.
My receipts will prove that I've sent the item.
Speaking of USPS, they
generally do a good job, but sometimes they don't.
I just received a package back that couldn't be
delivered for one reason or another and everything
inside of it had been bashed to bits--including
materials that were cast in stone! I cannot
recommend shipping insurance enough.

I refund the sale of
items only when I get the broken item back and
only within 10 days of my shipping it to you and only up
to the price of the item (15 days in the case of
international shipments). It is in your best
interest to take the option of shipping insurance--EVEN
IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE U.S.. It's normally not
very much extra and greatly pays off should your
shipment arrive broken, or not arrive at all.
I will ship
internationally. You may calculate postage using
the USPS
postal calculator . Please do not email me
asking me how much it will cost to ship a package.
This link will do it. Please make sure that if you
are an international buyer, you give me the correct
address. I've had packages come back to me half a
year later from when they were sent and by then, it can
be hard to find you again so as to resend the package.
