Shipping Info
* We ship to worldwide from our distribution center in China use China Post small package international air mail. It expects 7-30 business days to delivery to worldwide destinations. For U.S. buyers, after we shipped out the items about 7 days, if we can provide the tracking number, the buyers can go to USPS.com to check the tracking information. All items are shipped out within ONE BUSINESS DAY after the payment was cleared. * S&H is USD $3.50, Combined shipping is at $3.00 for each item thereafter of this kind, provided payment is made within one transaction if use Paypal.
* About Combine Shipping: We are constantly check our buyer's order status. If you need combine shipping(cheaper), please do not clear any invoice before all of your item closed. After all of your items closed, then we will send combine an invoice for you. If you have other items ordered before but not yet cleared, we will also ask you if you want to wait until those items are cleared. If you have further questions, feel free to contact us.
* Insurance had been added into S&H for each item in case of the shipping problem on the way. We will resend the item for free if the item has been lost or destroyed on the post way!

Resend Policy
If buyer don't receive his item(s) after 30 days since the date we shipped out his item(s), buyer can ask us to resend. We will help buyer to track the shipping info. We will resend to buyer if the item(s) he ordered is or are in stock at that time.
If buyer received his item(s) in bad condition(e.g. broken) because of the shipping, buyer can ask us to resend. We require buyer provide simple evidence, such as picture(s) of the broken item(s), to prove the item(s)' situation. We would resend to buyer if the item(s) he ordered is or are in stock at that time. Please note, unless the buyer has cleared the shipping insurance, a shipping charge will be needed from buyer.
If the item(s) required to resend is or are out of stock, we will provide the buyer some similar item(s)' pictures for buyer to select as replacement(s). In this case, buyer have another option other than resending, i.e., buyer can require a refund.
If we got returned packages from mail office, we will inform the buyer. Buyer can ask us to resend in this case. However, if the mistake is because of the wrong shipping address provided by buyer, a shipping charge is need from buyer. The first item of the multiple items will be considered as the same as the rest items, i.e., buyer will clear each of the resending items at the same shipping charge. If the reason of the package get returned because of our mistake, then we will resend for free
Refund Policy
If buyer don't receive his item(s) after 35 days since the date we shipped out your item(s), buyer can ask us to refund.
If buyer received his item(s) in bad condition(e.g. broken) because of the shipping, buyer can ask us to refund. We require buyer provide simple evidence, such as picture(s) of the broken tems, to prove the items' situation. We will refund the price of the item(s), i.e., except the shipping and handling fee. We will not provide full refund in this kind of situation.
If we got returned packages from mail office, we will inform the buyer. Buyer can ask a refund in this case. If this is because the wrong shipping address or unclaimed by the buyer, we will refund the price of the item(s), i.e., except the shipping and handling fee. If the mistake is ours, we will refund full.
Generally speaking, we don't require buyer to send the item(s) back, but we may require buyer to send back in any particular transaction. We will contact buyer in this case.
