A baby doll style dress made with red, white and blue chiffon. Can be used as an OOC, western wear or for red, white, and blue. My daughter wore this while in a size 18 months was a little big so we took the halter and pulled it into a V in the back and pinned it, it fit perfect. In the above pictures she is in a size 3T and it is too short on her now. I would say it is perfect for a girl in 18 months to 2T street clothes. This is my daughters favorite dress to wear since its made of soft chiffon and not itchy.
