Refunds are given on the following only: If I have made an error in my description of the item, and you are dissatisfied because of that reason. 

MOST OF MY ITEMS ARE NEW AND UNOPENED, > IF AND WHEN I DO AGREE TO A REFUND THEY MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME WAY UNOPENED!

Returns on used item's are excepted only if the description does not match
