You are responsible for all customs fees and bills associated with the import of goods we sell you when shipped outside the USA. I am not responsible for you bidding on something your country of origin will not let you import. If you do not know if you can import it, DO NOT BID on my item.  If this item is purchased as a sample; you need to email me BEFORE you pay to inform me to label it "SAMPLE" as such for customs.

I use recycled packaging materials from shipments sent to me; if this offends you - mention this before you pay and I will use new packing materials which I will purchase; include an additional $ 3.00 dollars to cover this cost.
