REMEMBRANCE OF THE MAGICAL VOICE - JACK WAGNER PIN - PIN & BOOKLET - LIMITED EDITION 500
What a RARE find!
This Salute to a Magical Voice was designed by Louie F. Garcia. (Creative conceptual artist and founder of the "Just for Fun" Disneyana Fun Fairs)
This beautiful 1.5" large pin honors Jack Wagner, who was known as the Voice of Disney. (Sadly he passed away on June 16, 1995). The front of the pin reads " Ladies and Gentleman, Boys and Girls ... In Remembrance of the Magical Voice - Jack Wagner"
The round pin features a banner with "Jack Wagner" in the center, Mickey Mouse's hand holding a "D" for Disneyland old fashioned microphone, with the other hand showing the way to the Sleeping Beauty's Castle. Part of the castle's turret is jutting out of the pin.
This pin celebrates the Magical Voice, that was heard for 25 years in the Magic Kingdoms. From his friendly greeting at the ticket booths, to asking us to direct our attention to the skies over Sleeping Beauty Castle (for the Fantasy in Sky Fireworks Spectacular), Jack's familiar "Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls" will forever be etched in our minds.
The Disney Fun Fair show was held on November 18, 2000, Famed Disney Imagineer Sam McKim had designed this pin, which shows The Castles, "D" Microphone and Mickey's Hand reaching out.
Also included is a large 81/2" X 11" booklet with information about Jack Wagner.
Back of the pin reads " DISNEYANA FUN FAIRS 2000, LIMITED EDITION of 500". Sold out in a blink!
