Handling FeesWe do our best to keep shipping charges to a minimum; with the higher shipping costs we pay to transport the goods to our Warehouse, packaging supplies & manpower to efficiently staff the shipping department we have to charge a handling fee to partially cover these costs. Our rates are based on USPS & UPS actual fees. During shipping we use a real-time calculated by weight & zipcode USPS & UPS system, so charges to you are exactly what the shippers charge us plus our handling fee. Our warehouse & state-of-the-art fulfillment center has a minimum charge of $3.00 for anything they pack. We charge a varying rate of $.25-$3.00 handling to you and absorb any other costs into our operating expenses in order to keep shipping as low as possible. This does mean, however, that ordering a single product from our site may cost more in shipping than the cost of the product! Your best savings come when you create an order that will serve your needs in the future also, and/or consider buying for your friends at the same time to take advantage of the shipping savings on multiple items.

We accept secure Electronic Check & Credit Card Payments through the Paypal Payment Processing System. Payment must be received within 7 days of close of auction. If buying multiple items from us, using checkout please combine all purchases together to get item totals and multiple item discount shipping before paying.

All payments are due within seven(7) days from the close of the auction or the date you purchased item(s) by the Buy It Now option.

All items are brand new unless otherwise noted. Product availability is not guaranteed after 7 days. If after 7 days we have not received payment without notification, we will file for a non-paying buyer notification, and we will resell the item. Refunds, Returns, Defects

At clickNsav your satisfaction is very important to us! We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase(minus shipping & handling charges) on unopened games, cd's & dvd's.

Sorry be we are unable to authorize any returns or refunds of any kind on opened packages.

If you receive a defective item or damaged in delivery item (that was insured), save shipping box and contact us via email for Return Authorization within 24 hrs of receipt of package.

Refund will be given as:Exchange or Money Back.
Return Policy Details: Returns & Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return product to us.

If returning a product Customer will absorb original and return shipping charges unless product is proven defective or was not the product advertised. If the product was damaged in shipping please specify so that we may file a claim with the shipper. ALL RETURNS REQUIRE an RMA # (Returned Materials Authorization)! To get the RMA #, please email us and include the order number and an explanation as to why you're returning the product. Exchanges will be made if product is available, otherwise credit will be issued. Product must be in original package. In the event of another product needing to being shipped, we offer two options we will ship the replacement upon receiving the returned item or we request payment for the replacement product and then will credit you for said payment upon receipt of the original returned item. We retain all rights to whether we will issue a refund after we inspect the returned item.

We are not liable for items lost or damaged in shipment. Please purchase the Postal Insurance provided to ensure that you are covered in the unfortunate event that your eBay item(s) are lost or damaged.
