Please note that, in general, we do not charge restocking fees IF the item is returned in brand new condition, and can be resold as brand new. We ship some orders from our warehouse in Colorado, and others direct from the manufacturers we work with that are located in several states. All orders shipped to a customer address from the same state as the warehouse the product was shipped from, must pay Sales Tax for that state.

eBay's Sales Tax system does not accomodate multi-state sellers, so you may be required to manually enter Sales Tax. If Sales Tax is due, and not sent with payment, we will send an invoice for the Sales Tax balance due. Your order may be delayed if proper Sales Tax is not paid.

Unless otherwise noted in a listing, all orders ship from our Colorado warehouse, and Colorado Sales Tax of 2.9% is due for orders shipping to Colorado addresses.
