Payment
Payment must be made within 2 days of the end of auction, unless otherwise arranged between myself and the buyer. If payment is not made in 5 days of the end of auction I will file an unpaid item dispute with eBay and re-list the item(s). If you need more time than the 2 days kindly email me and we can arrange a date that is convenient for both parties.
We have no affiliation with Waterford, Royal Albert, Lenox, Pottery Barn, West Elm, William Sonoma or it's subsidiaries and does not warranty this product. Also please be aware that some of our products are over stocks or catalog returns. We are morally obligated not to sell anything with damage unless specified in our listing descriptions. Our products are sold as described. No returns will be accepted. Please ask all questions before bidding.
Unless other arrangements are confirmed, if payment is not received within 2 days of auction close, We will be forced to file a non-paying bidder report with e-bay and the item will be re-listed.
If you have any concerns after receipt of your product. Please contact us through the eBay link (contact the seller) before posting derogatory/negative feedback. Sometimes mistakes happen and we are glad to work with you as to insure you are happy with your transaction. All FEEDBACK will be reciprocated
Shipping
Shipping will take place within 2 business days of cleared payment. If the payment is made during a time where no shipping can take place (holiday or weekend) the next business day the item(s) will be shipped.
On all international shipments please note that I will NOT falsify customs documents to help you avoid any Duty on shipments. This is illegal and I will not be fined or face prison time for your need to avoid paying duty. I have no control over what customs does once the package leaves my hands.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.”
Terms of Sale
All sales are final. Returns are accepted only if the item is wrong (ie: you received red, when you purchased blue) or clearly misrepresented.
When I say clearly misrepresented I mean you were sent something that without a doubt used, washed, and possibly had stains on it! This would never happen. As far as original packaging being ripped, scuffed, or the corners are wrinkled, you have to realize that these items come from a store and things get tossed around on store shelves. I have seen more times than I can count, new packages all over the floor that people continue to kick out of the way instead of picking up.
I cannot be responsible for colors of items, since people have different monitor settings. I try to use stock photos to ensure you know what you are getting, by having the catalogue images for you whenever possible. If you have questions about a color please ask BEFORE bidding or using Buy it Now Options. If I used an actual photo taken myself, please ask questions if you have concerns.
I a now requiring insurance on all items regardless of if they are fragile or not. If your item goes missing it's covered, if it's damaged, it's covered. It's just one less thing I have to worry about. I am not responsible for the condition of the items once they leave me. All packages will leave me free from damage, so insure your packages as the post can be rough!
