-Re-ment's dollhouse miniatures from Japan

-From the discontinued 2005 series of "Summer Vacation"

-You will receive a brand new set in sealed plastic bag, but the box has been opened.

-Suitable for 12 years old or above

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

-I will ship internationally with flat shipping rates. Please note that I do not ship to Italy and locally to Hong Kong.

-I ship by registered airmail, which is a bit expensive but a much safer shipping method. You have to sign when receiving the packet.

-Shipping and handling fee is 4 USD for this item; add 1.5 USD for each other miniature item

-The heaviest item will be counted as the first item.

-I will provide buyers with a registered number for the packet sent. This registered number serves as the tracking number for certain countries, such as USA, Spain, New Zealand etc. Buyers can check the delivery status online by using the registered number. Buyers from countries where online tracking service is not available for registered airmail can check the delivery status with your local post office by quoting the registered number.  

-I am not responsible for any loss or damage once the items are sent in the mail.

PAYMENT METHOD

-I accept payment by Paypal only. Any other methods are not accepted. Buyers have to pay within THREE days after the end of auction. If you cannot pay within the specified period, please do not bid. If you want to pay later, please let me know in advance.

-I do not accept refund or return, so please bid carefully and email me for any questions before bidding. Please note that all questions on price bargaining will not be answered.
